The best advice I can give you: allow yourself to be human! Take one day at a time. Set small goals. Crash diets and crazy quick-fix workout programs don’t work. It’s a mindset shift that has to happen. The understanding that you need to change your habits to be truly successful.

Social media shows all these crazy HIIT workouts for weight and fat loss. What would you say if I told you that you don’t need to do these crazy routines?

Ultimately it’s muscle that burns fat at rest. So it’s all about the development of lean body mass so you can burn belly fat while sitting in your office chair working on your computer! Turn your body into a fat burning machine. Burn calories when you are not in the gym. 

There’s 3 main body types: endo-, meso- and ectomorphs. One thing that applies to all of them: we all need an adequate amount of protein! Usually 30% of our daily intake. We need enough fat in order to lose fat. Often times when I look at my clients food journals, they don’t eat enough, ESPECIALLY good fat.
