Banded Single-Leg Slider Swimmer - 15 Per Side
Wall Plank Floor Taps - 20 Reps Total (10 Each Side)
Then hold the wall plank to burnout.
Banded Wall Clams - 60 Seconds
Do 2 - 4 circuits or however many time allows for. 1 Circuit = 10 Minutes
