Hey, I'm Michelle

Hi I'm Michelle Siegel, the founder of The Sweat Box. I've been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for 30 years. If you're an advanced athlete, someone just starting on their path to a healthy lifestyle or if you're just looking to add some new moves to your routine, i gotcha….let’s get some REAL RESULTS together!

Besides the most prestigious Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), i also hold a D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic) and L.Ac. (Licensed Acupuncturist) license. i love helping people with injuries.
