A) Foot Down - 15 Reps Each
B) Foot Turned Up - 15 Reps Each
Stacked Foot Renegade Push Ups - 20 Reps Total (10 Reps Per Leg)
Split Jump Knee Lift - 30 Seconds Per Side
Plank Hip Abduction / Cross - 10 - 15 Reps Per Side
Postural Squats - 10 Reps Total
Open Feet Stacked Renegade Push Ups - 20 Reps Total (10 Reps Per Leg)
Do 2 - 4 circuits or however many time allows for. 1 Circuit = 12 - 15 Minutes
