Pendulum Lunge / Deadlift - 15 Reps Per Side


 

Raised Booty Clocks - 1 Minute Per Leg


 

Side Lunge / Squat - 20 Reps Per Side


 

Push Up Cross Reach - 20 Reps Total


 
  • Do 3 Minutes of Cardio (run, stair master, jump rope, etc) of your choice.

  • Do 2 - 3 circuits or however long time allows for. 1 Circuit = 12 Minutes
