Kneeling Hip Extensions / Toe Taps - 20 Reps Per Side


 

Speed Jacks - 30 Seconds


 

Cross Kicks - 30 Seconds


 

Banded V-Sit Arch Reach - 20 Reps Alternating


 
  • Do 3 Minutes of Cardio (run, stair master, jump rope, etc) of your choice.

  • Do 2 - 3 circuits or however long time allows for. 1 Circuit = 10 Minutes
