Stationary Yoga Lunges - 1 Minute Each Side
Iso Crunch Heel Taps - 20 Reps Total (10 Each Side)
Stationary Yoga Lunges with Hop - 1 Minute Each Side
Raised Superman Up-Downs - 10 Starting Right, 10 Starting Left
(Use the lowest step of a set of stairs or a low stool)
Do 3 Minutes of Cardio (run, stair master, jump rope, etc) of your choice.
Do 2 - 3 circuits or however many time allows for. 1 Circuit = 11 - 13 Minutes
