FOAMROLLER & TRX


A) Foam Roller Rocks

30 Seconds

Perform the foam roller rock for 30 seconds then try with one foot off the ground, 15 seconds per leg.


B) Foam Roller Rocks (Single Arm)

15 Seconds Per Arm


C) Foam Roller Rocks Suspended

30 Seconds

Perform foam roller rocks for 30 seconds whilst suspended in a TRX, then try only suspending one leg keeping the other leg two inches parallel to the suspended leg, 15 seconds per leg.


A) Foam Roller Knee Tucks

20 Reps Total

Try it with only one foot on the foam roller, keeping the other leg straight in the air, 10 reps per leg.


B) Incline Foam Roller Knee Tucks

15 Reps Total


C) Incline Foam Roller Knee Tucks

(Single Leg)

10 Reps Each Side


D) Incline Foam Roller Knee Tucks (Banded)

10 Reps Each Side
