Tricep Push-Ups to Diamond Push-Ups

10 Reps Each

Do this first on your knees.

Plated Bicycles

20 Reps Total (10 Per Leg)

Do this first with your head and shoulders on the ground.

 

Plated Iso-Hold Leg Extension

20 Reps Total

 

FOAMROLLER

Single Leg Knee Tuck/Push Ups

10 Reps Per Leg With Added Pushup

Start this first with your elbows on the floor and do 15 tucks per leg. Then do it on your hands for a total of 15 per leg. Finally do it as shown for a total of 10 reps per leg with an added pushup.

 

DUMBBELLS

V-Sit Pass Offs

Go Back & Forth 20 Times

Start out handing the weight off and work your way up to slightly throwing it and pressing it off.

 

SWISSBALL

Ball Plank Taps

8 Times Per Side

Start this move out with just a single tap next to the ball. Then add the second tap adding obliques when you feel confident.


Blindfolded Toe Tap Reach

16 Reps Total

Very challenging! Clearly do this first without the blindfold.
